The Claudio Restaurant

The Restaurant utilises the incredible resources of a unique environment, a magnificent terrace that seems to extend towards the sea. A cuisine that respects the raw materials, aromas, and herbs of the Ligurian land, which you can also find in the garden as you stroll through the property.


After many years of gastronomic and gourmet cooking, the restaurant is now exclusively reserved for hotel guests to offer them a table specifically focused on local cuisine, simple yet always of high quality, while still including some "classic" dishes from Claudio's kitchen.


For dinner, you can enjoy a menu of both seafood and land dishes from the region, while for lunch, the Pool Bar by the pool area awaits you with an informal proposal and small surprises, like squares for aperitifs and after-dinner moments scattered throughout the property, offering priceless views of the gulf.
