  • Where is Hotel Restaurant Holiday Home Claudio located?

    We are located about 110 m above sea level on the hill of Bergeggi.

    Just 5 minutes from the Savona motorway exit, then follow the signs for Corsica Ferries along a stretch of highway. Once on the Aurelia you will find a dilapidated house on the sea side and a slope on the right, take it. After about 500 metres you will find the Town Hall and immediately afterwards a yellow sign with the words "Hotel Claudio".

  • What is the difference between Standard, Deluxe, and Junior Suite? Do the rooms have a sea view?

    The difference lies in the size of the interior and the attention to detail, furnishings and fittings.


    All rooms have a sea view and balcony, Junior Suites have a terrace.

  • Does your hotel have a swimming pool? Is it included in the price?

    The swimming pool is available free of charge for guests of both the Hotel and the Residence with regulated access.

  • Is it necessary to book the beach?

    We have a small private beach, access to which for guests is by reservation only, subject to availability.


    This service is not included in the hotel rate. There is an additional daily charge of 30 euros during the week and 40 euros at weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Dedicated rates are available for longer stays.


    It can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot along a path through the greenery or by your own transport.

  • How can I reach the beach? Do you have a private beach?

    The beach can be reached via a path with steps, in the shade, in the greenery, in just 10 minutes.


    We have an equipped beach for the months of June, July and August, reserved for guests of the Hotel and Residence; at a cost of 15 euro per person (20 euro Sat/Sun), you will have a sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds.


    The service is by reservation only, subject to availability.

  • Can I stay in the Residence for just one night? Or is it only available for a week? Are the apartments sea view?

    It is also possible to stay in our Residence for a few nights (1, 2 or 3 for example)


    The flat is given exclusively as room use, like a normal hotel (consumption included) and you will find it already complete with bed linen and towels.


    All flats have a sea view and balcony.

  • Is it necessary to book the restaurant?

    Reservations are recommended for our restaurant.


    For Dinner you can opt and reserve for one of the different time slots: 19.00 19.30 20.00 20.30.


    Some outdoor aperitif areas will welcome you before and after dinner.

    Our Pool Bar in the pool area is at your disposal with an informal lunch proposal.

  • Is it possible to have "Full Board" or "Half Board" meal plans?

    We offer half-board in the evening at 60 euro per person (excluding drinks)

  • What are the restaurant's opening days?

    We are open daily for dinner, except Mondays (weekly closing), from 19:00 to 21:00.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times? What time is breakfast served?

    Check-in time is after 14:00 until 24:00.

    Check-out time is no later than 12 noon.

    If possible, a late check-out (by 6 p.m.) is possible for a fee of 30 euro.

    Breakfast is served in the room in front of Reception from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

  • I would like to make a reservation, how can I do that? What is your reservation cancellation policy?

    For booking purposes, we ask for a mobile phone number and credit card details as guarantee.


    If you do not have a credit card, you can make a bank transfer leaving a deposit, to be agreed upon.


    You can, however, pay in the way you prefer.


    You can cancel your reservation, without penalty, within 2 days prior to your arrival, which becomes 7 days in high season.


    In case of cancellation after this deadline, we will have to charge the cost of the first night.

  • Do you provide internet connection? What is the cost?

    We have a wireless connection in the Hotel, which you can use in Reception or in your room.


    If you request it, we will be happy to provide you with access credentials: use is totally free of charge.

  • Do you have parking for cars?

    In front of the hotel you will find parking facilities and, if available, a garage: all free of charge.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are only allowed on request, as only some rooms are designated for such use and an extra charge of 10 euros per day applies.
