Claudio's restaurant
The restaurant takes advantage of the incredible reIt arose from a unique setting, a magnificent terrace that seems to extend towards the sea. Its cuisine is respectful of the raw ingredients, aromas, and herbs of the Ligurian soil, which you can also find in the garden as you stroll through the building.
After many years of gourmet cuisine, the restaurant is now exclusively for hotel guests, offering them a dedicated menu featuring simple yet consistently high-quality local cuisine, though Claudio's signature dishes are also a must.
A menu of local seafood and meat dishes is available for dinner, while lunch will be served at the Pool Bar in the pool area, offering informal fare and a few surprises. The small squares for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks are scattered throughout the building, offering a priceless view of the gulf.
