Flats equipped with TV, Kitchenette, Air Conditioning.

Electricity, gas, water, waste, and heating consumption are excluded.

Heating is managed with daytime and nighttime intervals.

Parking for 1 car per flat is included in the internal area of the property

(if needed, there are additional parking spaces outside the gate for further cars)

The rates indicated do not include the use of the facility's services (such as beach, pool, etc).



Pets are allowed only upon prior authorisation from the property.

As it is a very tranquil setting surrounded by greenery, we request that the use of TV and music be at an appropriate volume during daytime and early evening hours; playing games on the terraces and communal areas is prohibited, as well as the use of grills on the terraces due to forest fire hazards.
