After many years of gourmet cuisine, the restaurant is now exclusively for hotel guests, offering them a dedicated dining experience featuring high-quality local cuisine made with Ligurian ingredients, including the herbs and spices found in the garden as you stroll through the hotel. Claudio's signature dishes and a wide selection of regional and national wines will ensure a truly memorable dining experience on a magnificent terrace. For dinner, you can choose to reserve one of the following time slots: 7:00 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:00 PM, or 8:15 PM. Outdoor aperitif areas are available before and after dinner. Our Pool Bar in the pool area is also available for informal lunches.

We have a private beach whose access is reserved for guests only and is by reservation only, subject to availability (the service is not included in the hotel rate).

Pets are allowed only upon request, as only some rooms are designated for this use and require a supplement of 10 euros per day.

For guests of the Borgo San Sebastiano Residence, use of the swimming pool is only during the morning hours.
